Part 1: Planning and structuring of my research project

In this part of the workshop, you will develop a project plan for your research project and learn how to structure it successfully. You will learn the basic methods for controlling a project and apply them to your own research project in practical exercises and discussions. In addition, you will learn how to use your time more effectively for the research project and the associated publications in addition to the other tasks as a research assistant.
You create a roadmap and develop initial approaches on how to communicate better with your colleagues and with stakeholders in your project. More focus, clear priorities and better organization of your work will be the result. The training focuses on your individual research projects and areas of life.
