 rch project and learn how to structure it successfully. You will learn the
  basic methods for controlling a project and apply them to your own resear
 ch project in practical exercises and discussions. In addition\, you will 
 learn how to use your time more effectively for the research project and t
 he associated publications in addition to the other tasks as a research as
 sistant. \nYou create a roadmap and develop initial approaches on how to c
 ommunicate better with your colleagues and with stakeholders in your proje
 ct. More focus\, clear priorities and better organization of your work wil
 l be the result. The training focuses on your individual research projects
  and areas of life.
