Your tasks:
- Working with mice, genotyping specific mouse strains and animal care
- Cell and molecular biological studies
- Preparation of tissue sections and immunohistochemical staining
- Microscopy, cell culture
- Biochemical and molecular research methods
- Participation in laboratory organization and laboratory hygiene
Your profile:
- Completed training as a medical-technical assistant or comparable qualification
- If possible, with professional experience in biomedical experimental research (experimental animal work, histology, cell culture, RT-PCR, Western blot, ELISA, flow cytometry)
- Independent work and a high degree of responsibility
- Personal initiative, flexibility, and fun at work
- Knowledge of English is an advantage
