DESCRIPTION:The workshop Entering Leadership provides a structured insight
  in basic leadership questions. What is „leadership“? What tasks are r
 elated to leadership positions? Entering such a position means to enter a 
 new social role and to define how we as individuals want to interpret this
  role. Role theory allows to describe and understand the different dynamic
 s related to leadership.\nAdditionally\, we will explore leadership tasks 
 and styles and create links to practice of leadership. The last part of th
 e workshop addresses difficulties young leaders have to face quite often. 
 If young leaders enter established and experienced teams there might start
  some struggle about being accepted as leaders - a process some authors ca
 ll status games.
